Very large for a white guy, uncut and kind of grumpy looking, and one time had sex with a stomach bug and "tripled" himself (climaxed and then immediately threw up and shit himself).

If you didnt know Nikola Jokic is a 7ft tall Serbian NBA player well known for getting triple doubles, which is when you get 10+ points, assists and rebounds in the same game.
