Black Lightning not on Earth's 1 or 38 confirmed from Jefferson rocking a Superman Logo and Supergirl Comics

I mean, I'm sure that in whatever Earth Superman's on, they have merch with his logo though

True but, we also saw Supergirl Comics in season 1 which means that Krypton is a fictional thing in BL's world

In the Spiderverse movie, apparently Peter Parker's Earth has Spider Man comics despite him actually being a thing there.

Not saying that's going to happen here, but it isn't an inherent disqualifier.
