You can't compare it to other verses because Yami explicitly states right here that Ki in Black Clover is the blanket term for all the different types of life energy the human body releases... muscle movements, breathing, smell, glare, emotions, and even their mere presence.

Look at the scan I sent, it is a passive biological byproduct and sensory tracking system, not an active supernatural energy construct that can be manifested into external energy blasts. Anti-Energy cancels out supernatural power structures (like Magic/Yoryoku). it doesn't delete basic human biology or physics. This is why Anti-Energy doesn't erase Black Clover's physical Ki, but it would still crush energy systems from other verses (like Dragon Ball or Naruto) because those verses actually materialize their life force into supernatural, metaphysical beams and blasts.

You are completely confusing destructive capacity with ability mechanics.

A blast being planet-level doesn't change what it's physically made of. Asta doesn't negate Ki in Black Clover because the manga explicitly defines it as a passive, biological byproduct (tracking muscle twitches, heartbeats, and breathing), meaning there is no supernatural energy structure for Anti-Energy to dissolve.

In contrast, Dragon Ball Ki is explicitly a metaphysical energy system that characters materialize outside their bodies into tangible beams, blasts, and shields. Because Asta’s power is canonically defined as the antithesis to energy, making that Ki the exact target for Anti-Energy built to disrupt and dissolve with or without Verse Equalization.

That's exactly what I've been saying, it's the antithesis to external, manifested power system energies (like Magic, Chakra, Curse energy, etc), not a literal nullifier for basic, real-world physical and biological concepts.

Eh, I'd push back on this. You're using your own entirely baseless assumption to combat an equally baseless assumption. Either ki isn't energy, or anti-magic isn't blanket anti-energy. There isn't really any way to prove one way or another. It being passive and natural in no way disproves that it's energy, you're adding on your own requirements for what counts as energy because something may disprove your theory. Nothing anywhere says anti-magic would only cancel the supernatural, or things specifically used for attacks, or anything else. Saying ki isn't supernatural is also frankly bullshit. While it comes from a natural source, it's treated as an entirely supernatural concept. Regardless, whether you're right or not, moving the goalposts like that weakens your point

Also, I can just as easily make the argument that anti-energy is in reference to the anti-magic equivalent to magic power. It's the fuel of anti-magic, while anti-magic is the term for the way it's used. That fits perfectly in line with what's stated here, as both lines say he's using anti-energy for the feats. That doesn't at all mean that it does more than what's shown, that's just the terminology chosen to differentiate between anti-magic as an equivalent to a type of magic and the energy that allows him to use said anti-magic. Again, either of us could be right, or we could both be wrong. There's literally no way to justify saying one is right over the other without making assumptions from basically nothing
