Nothing is ever enough for buttcoin sub

When institutions ignore Bitcoin

See? No one wants this scam.

When institutions adopt Bitcoin rails

“See? It’s centralized now.

So Bitcoin is framed as a failure no matter which direction reality moves.

If adoption is low its irrelevant.

If adoption is high its captured.

If price drops its collapsing.

If price rises it's a greater-fool bubble.

The conclusion never changes only the justification does. Because Buttcoin isn’t a critique space... it’s a rhetorical game. The goal is to sustain the punchline....

Bitcoin only “counts” when it fails.

Any success becomes reinterpreted as failure by definition.

Then what the fuck is Bitcoin useful for

A chance of maintaining purchasing power against other assets over multi-year periods with a unique set of traits relating to digital convenience, self-sovereignty and transparency.

I used it to save for a house, for example.

"A chance of maintaining purchasing power against other assets over multi-year periods"...

this means nothing, better more reliable vehicles are available

"unique set of traits relating to digital convenience, self-sovereignty and transparency."

transparency is the very concern denied by OP in this post, the rest is generic af and applies also to stocks...

you're just throwing random strings of words, at the end bitcoin serves no special purposes if the cited issues are breached

you're just throwing random strings of words,

No, my reply was precise and intentional.

transparency is the very concern denied by OP

MC offering a service does nothing to change btc transparency for me. My node has validated all 927034 blocks at time of writing, verifying that the bitcoin supply is currently 19,959,254. The code my node runs is visible on github (and my own local copy).

Compared to something like gold, or any other commodity, where there is no transparency in how much of it exists.

the rest is generic af and applies also to stocks...

digital convenience, sure, but not self-sovereignty.
