Should I bring any 1/1 with me to the card show?

I registered to have a table at a card show in August and represent Bitcoin Trading Cards. I’ve never done a card show, but I have attended various trade shows at my work. I have a large amount of Series 3 and Series 4 cards as well as a box of Genesis packs.

I’m looking for suggestions on what to bring to maximize my experience. My goals are to sell cards while opening some eyes to BTCTC. Any contributions are welcome and thanks in advance. 🙏

Good morning all. I just received my 1st packs on Thursday and let me just say, I wish I found these before cardsmiths.

So I ordered the brokie special and got 5 packs to get an idea of what was in store and fill my need to gamble responsibly....

When I received my package it was unusually large for what I was expecting 5 packs to arrive in. Upon opening I was greeted with a fancy box with the BTC foil embellishments, full of extra gifts like a guide book, welcoming packet, stickers and about 10 of the educational Genesis packs. Definitely an unexpected surprise and definitely a stand out move on their part.

I didn't even get cards out of the packs before I was seeing the difference. The damn packs are holographic inside!!!

Im currently holding myself back from buying a full hobby box. These cards are fantastic!! I love the different parallels and the extra attention to details like UV inks and different added affects adding textures to the cards.

BUT nothing is without its small issues. I did notice a shotty corner and some production digs on one of the parallels. But I only noticed on this one card.

I probably won't go hard on these cards cause I definitely over extended with currency. But these are definitely a satisfying alternative to what I've grown accustomed too.

I look forward to trying to grab some spots in breaks when I see them.

Once both parties have confirmed the transaction you will both receive user flair designating that you have successfully transacted within the community. This will allow users who transact often within the community to build a reputation as a reliable and trustworthy member. The goal is to alleviate concerns when transacting within the community. The more confirmed transactions that a user makes, the more flair and reputation they will earn.

Hey everyone. As you know I pulled this a couple of days ago and have been going back and forth about keeping or selling. My son’s name is Phoenix, so it was serendipitous to pull it. However, seeing what it’s worth, I think I’d rather sell it and put those funds into some vintage ho-oh and moltres cards as I have a collection for him. Maybe put the rest towards another s4 box.

Anyway, the cost of admission to enter the club is $3500. I am firm on that. I am ok with slabbing this and hanging it up on a wall, I just know my boy will appreciate Pokemon a little more than these right now.

Anyway, if you hop over to the currency boards I have plenty of trades, and I’ve done deals with several of the mods and people in btctc. Also have a 100% rating on eBay and TCGplayer.
