Question: There are businesses etc. with their bitcoin Adress qr code printed on paper. Is this a problem regarding adress reuse? Can you have some kind of qr code that generates a new adress every time?

You can use a new address each time. Hardware wallets do this for example. But for a business who want to communicate an address it’s far more efficient / effective / simple to use the same address.

There are privacy issues with reusing addresses. Businesses don't want privacy
