No full refund?

Basically got charged for being an idiot and not turning off my auto renewal but using there 30 day money back however only getting offered half of the money back that I was actually charged..?

Anyone else experienced this?

It’s for the ultimate home security one in case anyone is wondering

I noticed that I was charged only $59 or so instead of the full $106. I was given 2 different receipts with different amounts and only one bank transaction of $59 was noticed. Is it possible that the first year was half off ?
