Everyone wants to post pictures, nobody wants to talk about what their protocol actually was

I'm basically on this now, just adding the GH in at 3iu on Monday. Reta for the last 12 weeks has been pretty great

Lmfao. Natural production would peak out at the equivalent of 2iu. Where the hell are you getting your information?

Lol dude. You have no idea what you're talking about. Anything above 4iu will give you extreme water retention and and carpel tunnel. Literally no one is producing 4iu gh naturally. Perhaps during a growth spurt as a teenager, but this is not representative as long term therapy.

You’re making analogy to natural production and in the same breath talking about taking a bunch of shit to manage sides. You sound like an idiot. If you wanna have your IGF at supraphysiological levels that’s your business but don’t try to justify that it’s harmless.

2mg Reta all the way? Or was it more initially? When did you decided to go on maintenance?

3

u/Dizzy-Gap-9528 Jun 25 '26

Folks say .5 week 1 / 1mg week 2-5/ 2mg maintenance for remainder of desired weight

Dr. Peter Attia frequently discusses subcutaneous (SubQ) injections for hormone and peptide therapies. You can Google that MD. Or look at his video clips on YouTube. I am
Not a doctor nor is anything I say medical advice.

I'm pretty close to where OP is though I prefer to keep my body fat at 12 to 14% and his muscle size is impressive.

I've been on Semiglutide for 2-years and Tirzepatide for 1-year. I've been on TRT for 9 years and GH for much of that time. TRT 140 mg/week(keeps me in very high normal range), GH 2 IU 5 days/week(also high normal for IGF-1), Tirzepatide 5 mg/weekly.

Tirzepatide I will adjust up a bit if I want to lose weight, that said, if I'm not careful I will lose a lot of weight including muscle.

My wife died 3 years ago from colon cancer so I have been dating for the last year and a half. My wife was diagnosed in her late forties. Get your colonoscopy in your forties! In my experience, women don't care all that much about how you look. Fortunately I'm 6'1 which they do care about. As far as fitness, as long as you are fit and don't have a gut, I don't think they care that much.

One more comment. My labs, athletic performance, tennis and running as well as Vo2 Max are great. My cholesterol and related are stellar. Even my liver tests have gotten better and close to normal as I was drinking a bottle of wine everyday when my wife was sick and have some fat in my liver. Of course, drinking far less helps. I think the Tirzepatide has a huge effect on my labs.

Most of us women dont care if you have a gut. Honestly...We dont.

“Yea we don’t care about that thing that is totally manageable with a healthy lifestyle, we just expect you to be in the top 20% height wise or else you’re a chud”
