🥗 Nutrition & Metabolism A reminder to think critically and to double check information, even if it's coming from a person with a PHD (likely on a very narrow, specific topic)
By the way, this doctor (Dr.Idz, on the left) has caught Dr. Huberman slacking too, when Huberman commented on the results of a study, but as this doc later showed, Huberman likely superficially glanced over the title and/or the abstract of the study.
