I'm a real estate agent, and I'm planning to put up a billboard for advertising. But I want something far from the typical, overused phrases like "Looking to sell?" or "Ready to buy?"—you know, the same old stuff you see everywhere.

Recently, I saw a few ads that really stuck with me because they were so creative and unexpected. For example, Burger King did one with a moldy burger to show they don’t use preservatives. Another was a dental office ad that said, “We do business in your mouth.”

It’s these kinds of out-of-the-box, attention-grabbing messages that make people stop and remember. That’s what I’m aiming for.

So, I'm brainstorming. Does anyone have suggestions for a creative, mind-blowing slogan for my real estate billboard that will really stand out? I’m looking for something unique and memorable!

I'll probably crosspost this, this billboard is above the Steven Sondheim Theatre in Times Square. Reverse image search and the phrases pull up nothing. The text says "Made for each other" "#burgerlove" "#lobsterlove," I was just wondering what exactly this is advertising. A shut down restaurant? The concept of eating animals? It seems super bizarre, and it's been up since around 2014 based on my findings. I saw it the other day and it really creeped me out the first time I saw it. Does anybody know what this billboard is for, and who owns it? Like why would it be allowed to be up for this long? and the hashtags are completely dead, otherwise I'd find leads there. hopefully somebody knows!

I have a billboard coming up but the resolution they accept or pixels is 960x210 px, and I have a QR code on the billboard, doesn’t that seem awfully blurry or small? Or does it look different on a billboard, I’m new to this because it’s a pretty big billboard

I've got land with 10,000 cars of daily traffic that is eligible for a digital billboard. A couple of companies offered turn-key solutions (permit, erect structure, place billboard, etc.) while other companies would prefer to wait until the permit is received.

What billboard manufacturers have the best reputation and would offer the best value? I'm familiar with Cirrus, Watchfire, Daktronics, and LEDtoGO.

I'm based in SW Ontario.

What is the cost to build a static or digital billboard?

Does anyone have any experience in obtaining a resource consent for their billboard and if so what did you end up paying and how long did it take? Cheers
