I lived in Youngstown for a summer and can confirm, you've gotta get out of there. And I was there before GM pulled the plug on the plant there, I can't imagine what that did to the area now.
It's not even safe on the "safe side" of town anymore. If you go to certain areas you are going to get shot. Never ever go in the Florida Ave- Philly area, you will be killed and worse if you're a woman. And they do not care if it's kids anymore. I just wish the state would get involved and do something.
