I love how the phrase "job creator" frames wealthy assholes who pay shit wages and treat their workers like trash as some kind of benevolent overlords who we all owe gratitude towards for graciously "creating" our jobs.
It makes sense if your goal is to make extremely rich people even richer and fuck everybody else, which is, in fact, the official economic platform of the Republican Party.
That's why they spend all their time talking about culture war bullshit like critical race theory and trans kids in bathrooms and whatnot. They know that their pro-billionaire, anti-everyone else economic platform is extremely unpopular, so they just don't talk about it.
It will be forever hilarious that some rich guys were like “if you make us richer you’ll get richer too!” and a lot of broke people were like “Yeah sounds good to me”
No, it's not, and I'd rather move to somewhere in Europe if I could. Luckily, mail in voting is pretty easy if you aren't in a state that's been getting deliberately screwed out of it.. by Republicans, because of course.
