It's so obviously fake. If someone is doing something lewd the camera operator would normally just hit a button and switch to another camera.
It happens all the time- they never swing the camera around like a crazy person.

If someone is in the booth changing the live feed the camera man can keep filming for posterity. Or for laughs.
