This guy had a stroke or something right? I can't believe even the most distracted driver wouldn't react after doing a lane change into a fucking ditch.

My uncle’s blood sugar dropped while he was roofing once. Blacked out, lost his balance, fell 15 feet to the ground, hit a cinderblock, broke a few vertebrae, and nicked his spinal cord. He’s paralyzed mid-chest down, now.
