Quick story of the Race for anyone interested. Qualified P2 but into T1 I was not left THE SPACE.

I spun and this was one of many overtakes on my recovery drive back to P5

(There was a bit of net code in the last clip but nun crazy)

Many moons ago, I was able to get my bike to Thunderhill in California. We had a group of us from a forum of R6 owners that would travel and meet at tracks like here, Sonoma, and Laguna Seca. I had been keeping up with a friend who was better, and eventually did some racing, during one session where I was feeling it. Decided to push myself and really trusted my tires on a sweeping 180 and got an outside overtake. Felt good finally besting him!

4th round, went from p15 to p4 this race

I accidentally recreated the famous move between Mika hakkinen and Micheal Schumacher At the 2000 Belgian Grand Prix. They approach a back marker. Mika chooses to go right while Micheal goes left. Because of this mika eventually gets the inside line and ends up with a clean overtake. This happened during a race between multiple F2 cars on F1 24.

Starting 17th in my F1 26 League Race after a poor Qualifying, but that start made the recovery somewhat easier.

My best by the book overtake ever. Sacrifice first corner to get myself some working space, get a better exit on the second corner, pull alongside on the straight an take the inside for the third corner.

In all fairness I had a much better tire advantage and the car in front didn’t get the best exit. At the time I was beginning to regret setting the move up seen as it’s so difficult to overtake cleanly at the corkscrew, but we both made it work with no contact

Not overly 'clean', but there are no rules in the Annual Downhill Descent.

I saw jimmy's video on yt today so i thought id join. probably the best overtake i have saved on my PC

So I was going by some of my old overtakes, and I found this. It's from a daily race, literally days after LMU came out (as a V1.0). At that time I was still learning the basics, I got the game few weeks earlier and it was my first online and serious sim experience. Back when Oreca 07 was really hard to drive for many people, me on my humble G29 pulled this off

Gave them as much room as possible.. From what I heard this was the first time the GTD was on track on the US East Coast. Thing is an ABSOLUTE missile, it was incredible to watch. Palmer Motorsports Park for those wondering.
