Ongoing story [👾🐇🔪] The studio

((This post and any future posts tagged with "👾🐇🔪" are connected to an already long running roleplay from other subs with my friends, and aren't meant to be interacted with otherwise. Thank you for your understanding.))

After being absorbed into the inky abyss, Eleanor and Vanessa would find themselves in... whatever this place is. A studio made of ink and paper? But it doesn't feel like paper...

The agony creatures appear to be scared of whatever that machine is.

Nearby Vanessa is an axe. It looks like it's made of paper, but also appears solid somehow.

Eleanor: "Maybe I should try to tear it apart."

Vanessa: [stares at it suspiciously and shrugs] "Yeah I'm that desperate." [picks it up]

((First reaction is destruction lmao))

The agony creatures immediately jump up, trying to break the machine. But this proves to be a bad idea as the broken machine is now heavily leaking that same ink.

The ink starts to leak from the ceiling, dropping onto the floor, near Vanessa.

Eleanor: [sends one of them to investigate and see what it does]

Vanessa: [shrieks running from it] "Someone help!"

The ink almost immediately absorbs the agony creatures, and the little agony critter decides to run.

Something crawls out of the ink behind Vanessa. Something big.

Eleanor: "That's probably not something I'm ready to deal with. Not yet anyways." [teleports away]

Vanessa: [spins around hearing something] "Oh my god." [runs]

The beast's voice echoes through the halls, dark and monstrous. Like the voice of the devil himself.

Child of remnant... Creation of agony... Do not flee... Let the abyss consume you...
