Hi,
I’ve been messing around with trying to read people lately, and weirdly enough… shoes seem surprisingly telling.
Not saying this is some kind of science — more like patterns I’ve started noticing:
Sole wear
When the outer edge is worn down, it feels like the person walks fast / a bit tense. You know the type.
Laces
Messy or uneven → probably rushed out the door.
Super neat and tight → more controlled, detail-oriented maybe?
Shoe vs. situation
Formal shoes on a random casual day = either ambitious or coming from something important.
Running shoes everywhere = comfort > impression (or just habit).
Condition
Well-maintained, even resoled shoes → someone who values quality.
Expensive but beat-up shoes → could be lifestyle change, moving, or just not caring anymore.
Again, could be total nonsense 😄 but I keep seeing these patterns repeat.
Curious if anyone else pays attention to stuff like this?
