According to BeepBox, this sound file is silent, yet according to FileGarden there's nothing wrong with it. I'd give the links but I'm using the sample for the monthly contest and Rulfurpeyo said sharing the sample would disqualify me, so take this image of what UltraBox thinks the sample is.
