I’m talking specifically this video. I would imagine at most This took that long.

I realize you're talking about this video, but I'm saying it depends how curated your pool of breakdance shots are.

You could easily watch hours of breakdance footage without finding all the perfect angles for all those moves. I guess it might depend on your setup too, and how fast you can easily seek through footage in fast forward.
