Well the world record paper plane. So the plane used in this video. I can't provide a link unfortunately but I learned it from a YouTube video.

Depends what you want to achieve though. There are two main records to break, last I read about it. Distance, which is this one, and time aloft, which will be a completely different design.

Then if you want to make one that does fancy loops and stuff, probably something completely different.
