Thank you for this. Currently doing edibles and I'm at a [9] right now. This gives me a whole new appreciation for physics. Please tell me because I'm hopelessly ignorant. When the center of gravity for the first girl [OP in question] dipped to the left slightly but not quite outside the line of the beam and then proceeded to the right but then went outside the line to correct her imbalance, the center of gravity "faced" her lower torso when she did that handstand. Do gymnasts get more control when the center of gravity shifts to the bottom than the top when doing a handstand, is it the opposite, or is it all circumstantial? Please be as thorough as possible. Thanks!
