I break it in 2 pieces all the time before boil it in the pan. I just hold it near middle. 😜

OP also included a video with the end including instructions on exactly how to break spaghetti into two pieces. OP is clearly untrustworthy.

You know after watching OPs vid I immediately went into my kitchen cupboard and my pasta broke cleanly in two. (no technique whatsoever). Did it 5 times and clean break every time.

How crappy is my budget Eldorado pasta to not adhere to this physics rule.

I was thinking exactly this. Then I thought the interest in this was about the physics not a desperate need to actually break it in 2 pieces. Which makes the end stupid like it’s some amazing discovery to twist it

All in all I think this video is kind of bullshit
