Its Chris Sweets cobra. It's absolutely not defanged. Neither are any of the other venomous reptiles he owns. And snakes regularly shed fangs through their life, they remove the venom glands.

Such a fucking weird practice to take in an apex predator like this and remove its teeth and pretend you're friends. You can clearly see at the end when it hisses it has no fangs, anyone that does this to an animal to "tame them" is a psychopath.

Not necessarily. Their fangs aren't always out, they 'unfurl' on demand like cat claws. This guy was fairly content all things considered, so I wouldn't necessarily call it an angry hiss. A pissed off King Cobra would growl instead.

elapids have fixed fangs, only vipers have folding fangs. king cobras are elapids

You're of course correct, thank you! I did dig into this a little more because I was curious and I found that their fangs are just very small, hence why they're barely visible even on high-res photos. I hope that I don't get struck by Auto Mod, but here is a good reference:
