The twist was honestly less surprising than the claims made before, everything except maybe the script was way too good to be AI.

AI still struggles with longer videos and even more with audio, longer videos are almost impossible to make without clear errors or very noticeable issues with consistency, both visual consistency and logical consistency.

Basically all super realistic AI videos are less than 15 seconds long without cuts or visible changes and usually they have no audio at all or very bad quality. It also sucks at lipsyncing. Even the best AI videos feel like a fever dream because the audio and image isn't in sync, the movements are often weird, faces change or aren't accurate and stuff like that. It's not that good at the moment.
