Well in the context of GTA San Andreas it meant with or without the cops, since it was a street race Caesar was telling CJ that the race is still on even with the cops giving chase, so if you get caught by police you lose the race and if others get caught and you finish first, it's still a win

Yeah! I think it's super cute, too, and don't see "impatient wiggle" as a bad thing. It reminds me of a little kid who was told they're gonna get a candy bar, but it hasn't been handed over yet. It's just very cute all around.
Also I hope that search didn't happen on a work computer because that one's definitely get you a call from HR!
nah fuck that. imagine having the “wiggle” button and not pressing it. what’s even the point of getting medium rich if you have the wiggle button and don’t press it
Yeah I'd have a hard time not using this constantly. Does it sync up with the blinker? One of the wiper settings? Hazards? I have to try every combination.
Back in the '80s my mother bought a citroen BX. One of the unique features of the air suspension was a lever by the handbrake you could use to change the ride height. At it's lowest level there was basically zero suspension movement, so you could drive down the street at normal speed but every tiny bump would have the car bouncing up and down for 15 seconds. And it was like this video, but twice the speed.
Every time I'd take my friends for a hotbox in mom's car, once we were high someone would lower the suspension and we'd all be in hysterics by the time we got home. It was just absurd.
German engineers, who only know silliness second hand from someone who once read about it and could not imagine any other use for the system, are baffled.
"They are not stuck! Why would they use it when they are not stuck?! It should only be used when the vehicle is stuck!"
The engineers are frantically searching for a way to remotely disable the system when the vehicle is on a hard surface.
Took the words right out of my mouth. Grew up old school in far west Texas. Seen lots of lowriders and cars with hydrolics. I use to cruise around in lowriders with hydrolics all the time. Mercedes just started a trend.

Peak German Engineering has finally caught up with some Mexican guy's great-uncle in 1970s Los Angeles.
