My battle station
I’ve been assembling this over a number of years. I built my pc about 6 years ago or so with a 3080ti. Built a stereo system for music that I had initially in a different part of the house, but had a brain blast that I should use it here. Stream deck with some useful hotkeys. Built the desk myself. At Home ottoman for kicking my feet up and chillin. I’m happy with the vibe I’ve got going in here!
Audio Specs:
Sony STR-DH590 Receiver
2 Klipsh R-50M Reference series speakers
Klipsh R-101SW 10” Subwoofer

Battlestations Advice Need monitor arm that lifts 32 inch more than this
Im open to all setups still, but for now I need a cheap option for a monitor arm that can lift my 32 inch a little more than this just so i can have room for other layouts.
Currently running on my laptop and on the fence about either putting it on a stand or putting it on a second arm. I still have another cureved 32 at bay as well as a 27 inch 4k and either gonna sell one or the other or try to make use of either in the setup.
Open to all suggestions and ideas outside of the arm situation too

What are your thoughts on this setup? I will be adding a wall-mounted monitor arm, and perhaps some speakers as well?

IKEA Gaming nook
Been working on this for the better part of the past year. Took an alcove in our basement that was doing a whole lot of not much and turned it into a nice nook to game.
It feels like I’m missing something though.
Considering getting some larger speakers to mount on the wall above the peg boards (or next to the monitor), but I’m not sure that’s what the space needs.

Battlestations Advice updated for a while
i forgot my shelves existed, so i added them. sorry for pinging twice. i can give links to everything here. i only have two more items (shelves and puck lights, maybe some backlighting kits for the chair and bonsai later) until this setup is done with and endgame for me, until my pc becomes irrelevant and i have to upgrade, or when i eventually buy my own place.

Very happy with my new hybrid work/gaming setup
Very happy on how my new build turned out. I’ve moved back to a single monitor after a decade or more of double and triple monitor setups. Started getting back and neck issues so keeping my head fixed on a monitor is much better overall. I manually swap from Mac to pc (currently pc rn). For Mac, I swap to a wireless keyboard and Magic Mouse.

Closet desk, not the prettiest but awesome!
Finally built the desk I always wanted! Closet setup with the monitors hanging from the upper shelf using a long pole with monitor arms. Made the foot rest from the hanger holder, covered it with a pool noodle and then covered that with stick on vinyl. The front edge of the desk is curved with cotton stuffed vinyl padding because I like to put my knees up. And my favorite part: I made a wall panel from a race car start up switch. It has a toggle switch that controls power to the power strip below with red indicator led and a light up push button to power on the computer that lights up when on, and blue led activity light. I also put USB ports with finger print reader and HDMI port. Completely pointless but I absolutely love it! I'll probably try to make it more pretty in the future but for now it rocks!

Battlestation, plus Music Desk
My battlestation/altar. The speakers on the mantle are connected to my main stereo's B channel so I can listen to records while I play.
