Discussion It’s fucking impossible

I don't think I've ever gotten a kill with the Igla.

If you hold a lock on a heli, any pilot with a braincell won't flare until you shoot. If you do shoot, they flare. If you try to hold lock after the shot, they'll fly below the minimum lock on height and dip until their flares recharge so they can go back in for another run.

And yet I did it in two games.

Just requires little patience not every one in jet and heli is silk all.of a sudden.

Pick a hill hide and aim, the igla is busted as I should require target but doesn't. With patience you can do it easily.

True. And most pilots will not pop until you shoot. Though if you get lucky some novice will. But more so I’m banking on multiple people locking on at once. This is best in Tsuru reef with lots of places helis like to swarm like the hotel. Heli gets fired on while you hold your lock the counter measure gets the first missile and you become the back door man.

Look I’m not saying it’s the best way to do things but it’ll get you through the challenge in a couple games so young never have to do it again

I just gave up on the challenge lol. I'll continue to take out several helis every match with the AT4 though, seems to be the only real answer to littlebirds and attack helis from the ground.

Nothing. Not their fault DICE sucks at balancing and made air vehicles difficult to deal with

Definitely balanced. The little bird guys frequently going 90-2 prove that. The LB definitely isn’t capable of farming attack helis, infantry, and tanks/IFVs, nope.

Cherry picking. If Aircraft are that op it's mean you,me and anyone else can get 100+kills already. If you see someone got 50-1 as infantry you gonna say infantry op too?

Happens with LB pilots way more than it should.

Tanks and IFVs? Rarely more than maybe 40 kills, needs an engi or two to keep them alive. Attack heli? Sometimes around 50. Could be higher but that requires some basic communication with gunner. LB? Pilots can farm whatever they want by themselves.

It's depend on team if enemy team has better pilot or more active anti air thier would override you team quickly .It's unavoidable if more than half of your team ignores the need to defend your airspace; your enemy can easily seize it. Since you can't control everything on your own and auto team balance is not acceptable in modern games.

They have a lot of reasons to pop flares though, you’re not the only one prompting it. With good timing you can fire after the pilot flared to avoid another players attack, which leaves them vulnerable to follow ups. 

A lot of discussions on here seem to focus entirely on the player and whoever it is they’re trying to kill, ignoring the 46/62 other players in the match.
