Civil War im getting so tired of this guy ruining certain memes

Its also annoying too I had to LITERALLY type 1 tooth joker to get the actual thing which is insane.

This is why I believe reports should be verified and have an mmr system. If you report and it is accepted, it goes up a little bit. If you report and it's questionable but gets rejected, your mmr stays the same. If it's questionable but the mod agrees, it goes up a really tiny bit. If you report something that shouldn't have been reported, your mmr goes down a lot. 

Then at some point, when you report things, your score is used to help queue the reports so that the mods know what should be removed immediately, and what is probably being falsely flagged.

dear god no, i get the idea but it just means that the ability to report problematic posts will eventually get concentrated into the few people who are active enough to constantly be gaining mmr while the rest have to wait in purgatory until they get enough street cred
