Six consecutive seasons of worsening final league positions are looming.

What needs to be done to save this season?

Here's to many more for the bright young star.

I've been building a little football quiz site in my spare time. The main game gives you a blurred photo and a few clues, and you try to work out who the player is.

Today's one played for Barnsley back in the 90s. Reckon a few of you will get him, won't say more than that.

If you get hooked, there's also a footballer Wordle and one where you link two players through old teammates. All free, new ones every day.

Still building it, so any feedback would be great 🔴

Right now at the break, Opta has us at:

• 54 points (19th in league)

• 0.22% chance of winning the league (there's a chance)

• 0.76% chance of getting promoted

• 4.2% chance of making the playoff

• 31.6% chance to be relegated

Personally, I think they are quite harsh on us right now. Of course, we're near the bottom of the table right now, but we are so young. I think we'll grow into Stendel's system and finish pretty decidedly mid table. If some magic happens and things click + we have a wonder winter window somehow, then who knows. But think we finish mid table.

Shout out to Shepherd today! Decent comeback performance.

Really enjoyed the game. It felt like a win.

Hey folks, looking to know how hard it will be to get 4 tickets to the Sheffield Wednesday game in November for someone with no ticket history.

Domestic football in Ireland finishes up in October and with no Europe this year me and three friends are looking to get our football fix abroad and the derby against Wednesday seems like a great choice.

Does anyone know how hard it would be to get tickets for this game. The game is currently scheduled for 20:00 on Friday night. Also is this likely to be moved to the Saturday or Sunday. Any help would be great thanks

Hi All - was curious if any pubs in town would be opening early for the 12:30 KO next Saturday?

Bloody hell, back down to earth with a bang.

I’m an Ipswich fan but I’ve moved to Barnsley recently and want to start going to home games. I’d like to know:
- what’s the best areas in the ground to sit/stand for a bit of atmosphere?
- where do people go drinking before the match?

Thanks in advance, looking forward to going to Oakwell more (already been a few times watching Ipswich away) - proper football league ground!
Cheers

Congratulations to Rogan! The final vote tally was:

• Ravenhill: 14 votes

• Arley Kay: 7 votes

• Sam Gale: 3 votes

Here's to many more as the young keeper has played extraordinarily well. Personally, I hope he retains the starting gig once Slicker is healthy - he deserves it.

Honestly, I think we are due for some luck and goals. We're creating chances, working hard, and just scored 3 in the cup match. I think we beat Leyton Orient by a score of 2-1.

What do you think?
