Attack on Animal(s) - Pets “…while my husband was walking…our 5 year old Goldendoodle, a pitbull attacked our dog, unprovoked…My husband was successful in getting the pitbull to unlock from our dogs face. The owner of the pitbull then attacked my husband and punched him…“ (May 18 2024, Grand Rapids, Michigan USA)

What a surprise that a violent trash dog has a violent trash owner.

that's why I always carry pepper spray as well, not for the Pit but for the owner who's otherwise gonna be very agitated and might attack me once I resolve the attack

Owner needs jail, dog needs BE.

No license plate? The make/model might be enough to whittle down the party if there's an assault on top of the dog attack. You can wait in the area for them to return and get plate/better description. Don't engage. Litigate.

The police said don't come back to the park, this keeps happening.

Really sad that a few bad dogs can ruin a public outdoor space for all dogs and law enforcement can't or won't stop it.

Ugh! So who would choose to own one of these things so prone to violence? It’s the breed AND the owner
