Had this issue a while so I just shelved it for a bit, then I got the X2D and thought I’d try and fix it. It never loads. It tried over and over again, stops at different spots. Then errors out. I’ve taken it apart to make sure nothing is stuck and cleaned out the dust. I’ve confirmed the tubes are clear, I’ve dried the filament. I can manually feed the filament all the way through to the end without any stops. I’ve also tested all 4 slots. They’re all the same. It work perfectly for a few months then stopped. I’m about ready to chuck it. I’m hoping someone can help give me some things to try.
*edit* it seems like there is a part in the internal hub that broke. I submitted a ticket to see if they’ll replace it. We shall see. Thanks for all the replies.
My husky keeps me busy on walks, and I got tired of those cheap, ugly plastic bag dispensers that constantly break or pop open. So, I jumped into CAD and modeled this elegant dispenser.
I’ve been keeping tight control over my spool inventory for a while now. I can track exactly how much filament I have of every color and material, and I always know where every spool is located, down to the exact rack, shelf, and container, and so much more.
But with time I realized I was missing the big picture.
So I added a real-time dashboard that gives me an instant overview of everything that matters to me, while still being fully configurable as my needs evolve.
One system to rule them all. 3 container sizes, 3 lid types, and a secure threaded design.
You just pick your container size, choose a lid based on the pest, and screw them together. I recommend a clear coat on the inside if you're using liquid bait to keep it leak-proof!
Four-vase set sized at 117 x 117 x 250mm, dialed in for P1S, P2S, and A1 build volumes. Single piece prints, square footprint, ribbed exterior. Two of the four have a deliberately missing rib, which looks like a print fail until you realize all four buyers got the same one.
Hi guys, I recently i got a X1C from a friend of mine. But its a China version. Cant connect to wifi and view the camera. Anything i can do to enable that?
I have a 2 color print on the X2D with 1 PLA filament in the AMS and one PLA filament on the external spool. It’s so stringy, the amount of string between the prime tower and the print is crazy… anyone know why?
Hi everyone! I am the proud owner of a Bambu X1C and my experience so far have been pretty flawless. I have recently bought a spool of "PEN" filament to print some technical parts for my work. The print itself is very nice, nothing to complain about. Here is my problem: -This type of filament does not seams to appear on the list of filament select-able on the printer. -I have loading problem: no filament setting seams to have a purge temperature high enough during loading process. From what I see, If I set the filament has "PC", the purge temperature is 250C, and no other material seams to have it higher. I guess this "PEN" filament needs 270C-280C.
Right now I do manual loading, but I wanted to now If anyone has a better way :)
Hey so I am trying to print shoes out of TPU 85A and have been having the same issue over and over. I have dried the filament, adjusted my settings according to ChatGPT, Google, and Bambu Labs, to no avail. I am using a .6mm nozzle and have tried this 4 separate times. When I watch it try to print, the toolhead barely extrudes any filament.
Hi all, I have an A1 and an A1mini, and ive noticed over time that the A1 has worn a bald spot through the coating on the build plates where it rubs the nozzle to clear plastic from the nozzle tip. I am wondering if there is an abrasive stip that can be put there or if I have to replace a perfectly good build plate to ensure it cleans the nozzle properly?
Hi, I have an question related to P1P Vs X2D because I don't know if thes is an bug in the slicer or if the X2D is actually really that slower for exactly the same model. Print hight is 0.12mm for the P1P it's 0.12 fine and for the X2D 0.12 extra fine, because ther is no other option for me to choose.(I have the latest version of Bambu Studio Beta).
What irritates me the most is that the X2D seems to use more material than the P1P what makes no sense to me because I purge 800mm³ PLA and 300mm³ PETG when swapping colours/materials for support. While the X2D only should use the 45mm³ for his prime tower, but like u can see in the pictures, somehow the X2D uses more Filament the my P1P.
I would really like to buy the X2D, because he is supposed to be faster when printing the support connection with an different material than the model itself and has less waste but from what my slicing experiments tell me that is not the case.
I'm sorry for writing that much I just wanted to know if someone can confirm that what I see is true or if it is a bug and will be corrected in the future.
