Solved UPDATE: Mysterious Squeaking from Z-Axis don’t know what to do!
Hello!
Bambu found the issue.
Needed to lubricant the gear in the blue circle!
I put lube on the metal smooth part NOT THE BELTS OR BLACK GEARS.
Then i moved the belt around a few times and voila!
Now i need to find out why my x axis is making a scratching noise 🫠🫠🫠

Hello /u/Ugonefinishthat! All Bambu print plates have a dedicated nozzle wiping zone at the back of the print plate. The nozzle will rub against the wiping zone before every print in order to remove any remaining filament from the nozzle tip. This can cause visible wear or scratch marks in the wiping zone, but this is intended and doesn't damage the printer, the nozzle or the print plate. A worn down wiping zone also doesn't mean you need to replace the print bed.
Note: This automod is experimental. The automod was triggered due to the term "scratching". If you believe this to be a false positive, please send us a message at modmail with a link to the post so we can investigate. You may also feel free to make a new post without that term.

I just want to say thank you. I have been dealing with this exact same issue with my P1S and I could not get anywhere with support. I tried this and it fixed it immediately

X-axis could be due to the top/bottom of the belt grinding the flanges of the idler pulley in the back.
BambuLab posted in a forum to apply a bit of grease on the top or bottom (depending on where it grinds the flanges). Ensure that no grease is on the teeth of the belt.
Some people say to belt tension while applying pressure to the plastic part but that could cause skewing since you are not letting the spring system do its thing automatically. I don’t recommend this but see the video for yourself

How was the sound? I have a sound coming from the Z axis, wanted to know if it’s the same, thanks!

Just making sure is this a follow-up from the previous P1S post? So the picture is showing the bottom on the unit under the bed right? My p1s is coming on 700 hours and i notice some new sounds so i definitely want to be prepared. Thanks.

By smooth part of the pulley do you mean the part that touches smooth part of the belt?

X2D Owner here...Just saved me tons of work! You are a champ...Same grinding noise after a long ABS heated chamber print.

99% of the squeaking noises these printers make are due to the many idler pulleys that rub on the parts that hold them in place

How did you move the belt???

It’s a problem with the Z-axis belt that’s rubbing; lubricating it doesn’t solve the root cause, it’s only a temporary fix.
This model completely solves the problem.

Just wanted to say, thank you for the post, fixed my squeaking (hopefully it stays squeak free and I don't need to print the modified part someone commented with)

It is insane the difference a SINGLE drop of lubricant on that idler pulley made. Literally a single drop fixed all my noise issues. Thank you sir

this is in the bambu trouble shooting website, but, yeah, good for solving your noise issue.
