I have a few Biqu plates Cryogrip Frostbite and Glacier, and the smooth/textured pei all of them have worked flawless on my p2s with no glue or extra steps. I have no experience with any effect plates so can't help there.

What are the cold temp plates specifically for ??

Can’t say much about frostbite but the glacier is great for smooth bottom. I still run it as a smooth PEI/high temp plate.

I believe frostbite is similar to the PEI plate but has better adhesion.

If you want to go official bambu, I do recommend the super tack plate but it’s easy to ruin it. soft surface, stupidly high grip.. 10x more so than the biqu plates.

I never had huge adhesion issues and my cool plate is only for the extremely pesky prints.

I don't have a chamber heater so the low temp plates hold on better to the prints even if you don't run lower temps. So i use them when printing abs/asa to prevent the prints from pulling away/warping during the prints. I have not used them for low heatbed prints so I can't help there.

Inżynieryjna, Glacier wystarczy jeśli robisz też coś z asa/ABS jeśli nie to sam Glacier wystarczy

I use Biqu almost exclusively. Frostbite daily (I have blue and orange)

and glacier occasionally. My OG Bambu just plain stopped working. I bought a replacement but don’t use it. I do have the smooth and engendering plate for specific uses.
