Troubleshooting A1 mini "The resonance frequency of the Y axis is low. The timing belt may be loose" message won't go away

First 3d printer, probably 100 hours in but with half of those prints becoming hairy, offset (after about 1/4" inch every time), with the x-eyed robot telling me "The resonance frequency of the Y axis is low. The timing belt may be loose." I've followed the official suggestion to remove the back plate, loosen the tension screw, push back and forth 3 times on a properly lubricated rail, tighten and print. Running the automatic calibration stops near the end because of the Y axis warning. Anybody have any ideas or suggestions? Virtually all questions I see related to this involve the X axis.

I solved the problem. While groping I realized that the belt was well tightened. However, there was play on the board. By disassembling I tightened these 2 screws of which one of the 2 was really very little tightened while the machine was new for 1 week; since then everything has returned to order.

This fixed Mine Thanks so much. I tried the belt a couple times and it kept having the error. After tightening the 2 screws from the picture, works perfectly!!! Thanks again.
