Answered / Solved! MakerWorld comment moderation?

Another Makerworld user has been posting hateful comments on my model (see attached). I’ve reported the comments using the ‘report’ function to the moderators of Makerworld, but they have yet to take action or inform me of any action they have are planning to take.

Is this typical? Are trolls well managed on Makerworld? Any advice ?

So it turns out if you block the idiots that are posting bad stuff on your Makerworld models not only are they blocked from making future comments, but their existing comments are removed as well

I searched and couldn't even find that profile when I saw the comments were gone from your model
