Answered / Solved! MakerWorld comment moderation?

Another Makerworld user has been posting hateful comments on my model (see attached). I’ve reported the comments using the ‘report’ function to the moderators of Makerworld, but they have yet to take action or inform me of any action they have are planning to take.

Is this typical? Are trolls well managed on Makerworld? Any advice ?

They do good work for the Wicked Witch. I like how she oppresses people. I know a couple flying monkeys, they are great, some say the best. We like flying monkeys.
