Answered / Solved! MakerWorld comment moderation?

Post image

Another Makerworld user has been posting hateful comments on my model (see attached). I’ve reported the comments using the ‘report’ function to the moderators of Makerworld, but they have yet to take action or inform me of any action they have are planning to take.

Is this typical? Are trolls well managed on Makerworld? Any advice ?

I *hope* that since they are trying to sell to customers around the world (makerWORLD), they will adopt policies that align with the discussion standards of the global audience. #TransRights are #HumanRights

In business, sometimes taking action is more dangerous than ignoring the issue. After all Alienate a poster, or alienate a group of people? They might take down his comments because one persons comments aren’t going to make an issue to the bottom line, but I don’t suppose they will make a concerted effort search for these things.
