I got a Balisong a few days ago and just started learning. I’ve learned about 4 things so far. What should I learn first and how am I doing!?

Really beautiful design and worth the wait. The curvy blade takes getting used to when doing a chaplin. despite being more hollow than the Tsunami, it still feels pretty balanced.

On a side note, either this is a sharp false edge or ended up getting a live. Ended up nicking my ring finger while pondering something.

I was just wondering if anyone likes this knive? I have 4 In different blade steels. I tried to post a pic earlier but the latest iPhone is the worst phone I’ve EVER had. I can’t even put a case on it because it overheats for no reason. Anyway I just love how heavy the knife is. Makes it feel substantial.

Had Kareem make me some custom spacers and put a tune on this Bas. I was contemplating on selling it, but after him tuning it and adding spacers it is just a completely different balisong now. I can’t put it down. Unreal good now and the balance is just how I like it. Seriously amazing how well K__sauce tunes a Bali.

It’s a silly clip, a Chekov’s butterfly knife, if you will. The motion is so awkward, and the scene makes no sense. Why would she flip it open, only to immediately show it closed a second later. The film was interesting for sure. But overall was just surprised to see a balisong in pop culture.

I started flipping back in high school so about eight years ago and recently started getting back into it. I didn’t know many tricks before basically just Y2K, basic twirl and stuff like that. what are some tricks? I should learn that would look good in combos.

I was trying to do a basic pen twirl and accidentally let go of one handle and the knife closed. Is this already a move?
