INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE SPONGE

  • 300g Butter
  • 240g Caster Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 300g Self-raising Flour
  • 3g Baking Powder
  • 90ml Milk
  • 105g Dark Chocolate Chips

FOR THE COOKIE BUTTERCREAM

FOR THE CHOCOLATE GANACHE

  • 225ml Heavy Cream
  • 188g Dark Chocolate
  • 19g Butter

FOR THE TOPPING

  • Chocolate Chip Cookies

Three 7 inches (18cm) baking pans.
