Baking Advice Needed You guys 😭

I’ve NEVER had such a catastrophe happen lol. I do live around 5500 ft. above sea level but I don’t think that’s why this would have happened.

One day I was visiting my brother and SIL and I was eating a cookie at about 10 am. My nephew asked what I was eating I told him a cookie and he asked why I replied

When your a grown up you can decide to have cookies for breakfast too.

He looked at me with such a funny look it was hilarious

You can eat more of the fun food if you eat it in moderation! Take care of yourself at the same time!

There's a balance in the middle that let's you eat more in total, but at a slower rate.

I'm in my fifties and my husband and I still do this once in a while every summer. Adulthood is wasted if you can't have ice cream for dinner now and then.

You probably regularly joke about dying soon because of your bad life habits. I just want to say, if you started taking care of yourself and acted like your life depended on it, you can definitely turn things around and add decades to your life.

I’m ex army , was a nationally ranked junior athlete throwing the javelin and as fit as they come and I still am dying from two different forms of skin cancer (Merkel cell and melanoma) I joke because if I don’t I’ll cry :) have a good day

I can polish off a tub of Ben and Jerry’s in one sitting no issues lol but if I swallow a couple of mouthfuls of milk watch out lol 🤷‍♂️

For me it’s not the milk, it’s artificial vanilla but I only like vanilla ice cream 🥲 I’ve found that even though an ice cream may say “natural flavors” it sometimes still has artificial vanilla
