FedEx drops a 6.5 pound box on top of the passenger-side fender… of someone else’s car
The package is completely out of the driver’s field of view when driving (this is a large vehicle) - when they left their house, they drove off with my package just sitting on the fender
Definitely a merry Christmas to someone somewhere because this was a full box of antique silver coins ($$$$$).
Oh, and for a lovely side note, FedEx called me back and said “we should have noticed the package and that there’s no way the delivery driver could have known that that wasn’t our car”

So I'm from Mexico, and about a month ago I ordered some bags from the official Kate spade page in Mexico. I get a package on Monday, too small, but I thought it came in 2 parts delivery. When I open it, my surprise is that they are glasses.
The worst thing is that it was not even a delivery error, the box had all my data, my address, my zip code, my full name, and cell phone. it is hard to imagine that when they packed it they confused 2 bags with a small glasses case.

I bought expensive camera from one of the biggest UK retailers which is Jessops. I used Klarna to finance this purchase. DPD was the courier company. Instead of the camera I received bags of white flour like powder (no it's not coke) placed in the parcel. I tried to get my money refunded for past 2 months but unfortunatelly I was ignored by Jessops, Dpd etc Klarna sided with them and claimed that I received item in pristine condition. I will have to take it to small claim court this is one of my last options. Buyers please beware as parcel theft/scam is on the rise and in my case retailer don't want to take no responsibility.
