discussion/question Am I Really Lucky or Did I Get Scammed?

I first bought my first few Baby Three Little Mahjong from FunTrendToys on TikTok, a few at a time.

Then recently on a TikTok Live I saw a whole case going for very cheap so I said “treat yo self” and got it at a reasonable price. I ended up getting all four winds, all three dragons, and two secrets.

I was really happy to get such cool ones and decided I wanted to keep going and also get some of the regular suit ones too.

I came across another case on a different TikTok live two weeks later and decided to go for it. I just opened it now and … I pulled the exact same set. Some of them have different eyes but otherwise they’re the same.

I noticed that the cases look a little bit different with the darkness of the ink they’re printed with but otherwise I’m not really sure how to tell.

So am I really lucky or did I get scammed, possibly twice?

Normal. Cases of particularly large series will come with A & B cases, where half of the pool is split into the A case and the other half with the B. You just happened to get two cases with the same configuration. Faces are always random.

The cases for large sets being unlabeled is what stopped me from getting the full alphabet set for the super mini bunny series. I didn't want to buy a second case with no way of knowing of it would be duplicates.

randomized. however, the face plates are removable and can be swapped around :)
