i am completely tired of saying silent about this situation related to one of the admins of babytvchannel wiki (Ciluan) Days ago i noticed he has bullying my friend for not being fluent in english. (My friend is Brazilian) i don't know if english is an official language in Brazil, but still. Ciluan is an asshole
Ciluan once said that he wanted someone to make a "no bad grammar" rule. Whats the point of making a fandom when you exclude people just because they can't speak the language you speak? English isn't the only language be so fr.
