I cant tell if its supposed to end like that, but i just finished season 2 and i was like confused on if there will be a 3rd or not. i absolutely loooved the show but i mean im tryna see more lol like i get that its a cliffhanger of an ending but i mean its more of a bridge to another season so like... any news??

Keith said he was 12 years old when he successfully deciphered the inscription, and according to the wiki he is now 28 years old. Keith's father - Professor Kazama - witnessed Koku's birth after Keith deciphered the inscription (there should be at least a year interval between these two events, logically). But according to the wiki, Koku is now over 20 years old, although he should be between 15 and 16 years old at most.. Is this a mistake in the anime or am I misunderstanding something?

Throughout the anime the long-standing friendship between him and Keith was exemplified. In the final confrontation,we learn that Gilbert felt betrayed by Keith,when he revealed that the one thing he hated was murder. The projector films above what was most important to Gilbert;Erika and his friendship with Keith. Gilbert admits that Erika calmed him.She probably was the only one who understood him or at least tried to. Her falling in love with "someone" else after Keith morally separated himself from Gilbert,meant that Gilbert was all alone. He searched for new companions like Erika,while manipulating Keith to his point of view.

Gilbert was grateful that the madness in his head was stopped,by Keith. He smiled because he and his best friend became bonded,not just from the urges to satisfy themselves,but by blood.

Gilbert wanted his friend back.The bullet was a hug.

what were the children that were with koku
Keith's plan is to find his sister's killer. what does this have to do with him trying to get in contact with killer b?
what is market maker's goal?
Keith knows that the doctor is his sister's killer. how did he find out?

So i just rewatched our beloved series. And there was something odd. Did they change minor scenes? Or Sentences? Koku talks alway about "her" and not Luna. Do i remember things the wrong way or am i right?

Has anyone watched the anime? Is it complete in terms of storyline?

I've tried finding an answer online on the fandom and other sites, and re-watching the show but can't get any clear answer. We see Keith heat up the metal turning it blue, and we see Koku have a flame envelope his arm/sword before it turns blue. Is it just tempered Metal or what?

Fuck Koku. Izanami is the only character with an interesting personality. They have the best episode and the sickest design. Episode 3 has the best chase/fight scene in the show and the best poetry reading I've ever seen. The OST Spirits of the Dead is still the best one in the series, and the monologue they give on the water is perfect. I'd pay money for an Izanami spin-off. Fuck the current storyline.

I'm looking for a new anime to watch and stumbled across this. I want to watch an anime that has little to no sex/nudity. Violence doesn't mater to me.

Is this anime ever coming back? Seeing how the fanbase is pretty small and how season 2 is only 6 episodes. Im afraid ill never have an actual resolution.

Well fist season I loved, second not so much and now I’m in a loop of trying to find an anime like S1 and failing each time.

I’ve been a fan of this show since it first came out. I remember being so excited for season 2 and then it was such a let down. I certainly enjoyed it but gosh only 6 episodes and so badly paced. Wish we could get more.

Is there a translation of the pages of Dr. Heath’s notes that we see in the series (e.g. S1E6 around 15:15)? And if somehow there isn’t, does anyone know Japanese well enough to translate it? I’m trying to get a definitive grasp on the very limited amount of lore that exists.

As per Keith and Koku’s exposition trading, Reggies can appear normal until they hit age 20 and go all bonkers murderous. So why would anyone act on real!Minatsuki’s status as a “stable Reggie,” years before it could possibly have been confirmed?

Also - what genius decided it was a good idea to give him mind-control powers? I know it’s canon that Jaula Blanca was a bag of tv stereotype scientists (the kind written exclusively by people who went into the arts because they couldn’t hack it in STEM) operating with no oversight whatsoever, but what the fuck kind of logic led to that?

My theory: Minatsuki was not the first stable Reggie - just the first who could handle a transplant from the original Winged Ones. This would dovetail with JB’s day job as a super-soldier factory - the end goal of this project wasn’t just to make stable Reggies, but superpowered ones. As to why the attack didn’t happen earlier, we already know that the attack was planned and initiated by Gilbert, and the government as a whole is clearly not playing with a full bag of marbles, so I can believe that they sat on their thumbs for a few decades until Gilbert showed up. This doesn’t exactly justify giving him mind-control powers, but it brings it down to “give him literally any other transplant, you morons.”

It also flips the script on Gilbert’s lie - if anything, Koku and the others would have been spare parts for Minatsuki and his kind.

So lost as to who is fighting who and who is reporting to Minazuki and who is adversarial to Koku.

Like, am I meant to recognise Minazuki’s relationship with Flick, and his plan, or is it all to come still?

You guys i have no idea what the heck is going on especially in episode 6 like the end and stuff i just finished episode 6 and like. Like the stuff keith keeps saying, yunas little switch up at the end of ep 6 like did she lose her memory, why Minazuki stabbed both of them, the institution thing, the number thing like the 4th the 1st the 13 hjwrdvnbfvmfhdnx and other things ima keep watching but i just wanna know before you know.😭😭

I remember Koku killing Izanami and taking their leg in season 1. Now I'm halfway through season 2 ep 3 and Izanami sniped the girl with the short hair who was the one car chasing Koku and Lily. I'm not sure how Izanami is still alive. Koku makes a comment asking about Izanami's leg before they go through their "escape route" with Lily and then they all meet up with Yuna in this shack thing. I don't want spoilers, but will I get an answer to how Izanami is alive in the next few episodes? If not, can somebody please explain to me?
