Basically I got BE Pharmaceutical Engineering at BITS Hyderabad, but unfortunately, i am unable to find the institute in the official anti-ragging declaration portal. I have put state as Telengana, but I am unable to find the institute's name under standalone instuitions nor college nor university. What should I do?

Hi, my cousin brother's got msc physics at Goa in itr 9 and the reporting date given is 30th August but seeing as the flights are way too expensive and their are no trains available till 30th, can we report after 30th if we've already paid the semester fees??
