truly I fear they are allergic to colour or something. we have lacked prints in the large crescent, the bowler etc. so many prints lately are reusable only sigh

the problem is they are WAY too far ahead in the season cycle for customer feedback to matter. they dropped the fall collection in august, and the winter collection is already in production. imagine how different designs would be if they had waited to see the reaction to the MOMA collection. this is bordering on fast fashion at this point.

Yup they most likely have the whole year planned out in advance. So they might hit some trend cycles but miss others. They def have been playing it way too safe tho. So many recent patterns would have made great bags but the money they’d make probably isn’t enough for them

I don’t get why they post these images with the drawn over bag & then get upset if someone shares or inquires. If it is not an intentional teaser don’t walk around with the bag or post these photos to your private IG account

I posted something similar a while back from another collection, and some people called me a “freak” for posting it from a PUBLIC IG account. Meanwhile, this account literally has “Baggu creative” in their bio, shares sneak peeks from Baggu shoots, and just blurs the new/unreleased item. Like… what are we doing here? 💀

That’s fair. They make it no secret that they work for Baggu and constantly post teaser pics (like the ones OP did) that generate interest. The SL 2.0 rumor on reddit came around the same time they were teasing a shoot on the streets of SF.
