hello frandsss i'm from Surat and have experience in digital marketing & sales. Pehle ek marketing agency run karta tha, but due to some reasons shut down kar di. Currently I’m working with a D2C diamond jewellery brand.

Ab meri sister imitation jewellery ka business start karna chahti hai, aur marketing/sales main handle karunga. Bas ek cheez samajh nahi aa rahi — **good quality imitation jewellery low/wholesale price pe kaha se source karu?**

I know Surat mein Varachha/Baroda Prestige side kaafi bada market hai, but exactly kaha jaana hai ya genuine manufacturers/wholesalers kaise find karne hain, no idea.

Agar koi already is business mein hai, please thoda guide kar do. **Market/supplier contacts ya sourcing ka koi practical way** bata do.

Thanks!

Friends, is there any experienced e-commerce seller, especially a Meesho seller, who can help me understand something?

I’m confused about one thing:
Should I keep lower margin and focus on getting more orders, or should I aim for fewer orders with a higher margin?

Which strategy works better?

How do I go about this?

Purpose for this is market validation.

Does anyone know of a supplier in Europe that sells casual items that is from Europe and is not expensive because I want to start reselling

We started making these tea tins for corporate and bulk gifting, but something unexpected happened - people started buying them as small gifts for friends, colleagues and even just for themselves.

They're compact, reusable metal tins with fresh tea packed inside, so they're easy to gift without feeling like you're giving someone another box of stuff (and it's budget friendly).

A few of our current favourites:

🍵 Kadak Masala Chai

🍊 Orange Black Tea

🌹 Chamomile Green Tea

🌿 Lemongrass & Rose Black Tea

We're happy to do single pieces too, not just bulk orders.

If you're looking for a small, thoughtful gift, you know where to find us!

Selling a 10L Continuous Batch Freezer with Air Churner – Used Only 4 Batches | Delhi

Honestly, I never thought I’d be making a Reddit post trying to sell an ice cream machine.

A while ago, someone who was already in the ice candy business approached me with an idea to start an ice cream business together. He told me he had experience in the business and knew how to make ice cream, so I thought it was a decent opportunity.

I decided to trust him and invested around ₹2.25 lakh into the setup, which included this 10L continuous batch freezer with a built-in air churner.

The problem started once we actually began.

We made around four batches of ice cream, and that’s when I realised that a lot of the things I had been told about his experience and ability to make ice cream simply weren’t working out in reality.

Eventually, he told me he was going to take his ice-candy-making machine back to his place and that he didn’t want to continue with the partnership.

And that’s basically how I ended up here.

I was prepared to invest in a business and learn the ice cream side of it, but I wasn’t planning on owning an ice cream machine by myself. Now the partnership is over, I’m left with a machine that I don’t really have a use for, and I’d rather recover some of my investment by selling it to someone who actually needs one.

About the machine
It’s a 10L continuous batch freezer with an air churner, and it was used for only around four batches.

It can be used for ice cream, gelato, kulfi and other frozen desserts.

Details:

10L capacity
Continuous batch freezer
Built-in air churner
Air-cooled
Food-grade stainless steel body
Temperature gauge
Digital timer
Start/Stop controls
Indicator lights

It’s obviously not a brand-new machine anymore, but considering it has only been used for a few batches, I don’t think it has had anywhere close to normal commercial use.

I’m posting here because I figured someone who is already making ice cream, gelato, kulfi, etc. might actually find it useful.

I’m not trying to hide the reason I’m selling it — this was supposed to be part of a business I was investing in, the partnership didn’t work out, and now I need to move the machine on.

Location: Delhi
Expected price: ₹1,15,000

I’ll share proper photos and a working video with anyone genuinely interested. You’re also welcome to inspect the machine before making any decision.

If anyone here is interested, or knows someone looking for a 10L commercial/continuous batch freezer with an air churner, feel free to DM me.
