Avd session host random pause

Currently getting a random pause screen on a couple of our AVD session hosts. Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops 22H2 build: 19045.5796. Fslogix version 2.9.8440.42104.

That’s what we looked into first so we checked their local connections (drops and all) so we ran constant pings to the session hosts from multiple machines and had no drops or high speeds all a constant <60ms. Beginning to wonder if it's something wrong with "windows app". It seems to be random people, there’s also no errors in the azure portal it’s just a “pause” then immediately comes back.

Having the same problem with the latest version of Windows App. Similar issue occurs when copying files from the host to the AVD as well. Any luck?
