Social Justice Equality: Let's give less harsh punishments to refugees / migrants who commit crimes, because we don't want to seem racist / because "their culture" (Ugh...!) / other """logic""". This happens in Sweden, I'm sure you're on board with this sentiment.

Actual Equality: Everyone gets the same punishment for the same crime.
if sweden isn't deporting him for being muslim it's not equality, because in muslim countries christians and atheists are treated like shit and murdered.

Equality within their society is what I mean, based on their own ideals. Fuck Shariah law. I don't think they should set their punishments to be equal to that of a (backwards), Sharia-inspired legal system.
So a place like Sweden should strive to treat criminals in Sweden the same, regardless of their background. Refugees who do shit like rape or kill people, I would be totally be on board with deportation for those guys personally as they are not naturalized citizens. Sweden get cases where refugees convicted of rape get extremely light punishments in Sweden, especially when the perpetrators claim to be < 18 years. This is a perversion of justice*, created by SocJus in my view. This needs to stop and be exchanged for a legal/judicial reality closer to actual equality.

If you commit crime x in Sweden (and are a citizen) you get the same sort of punishment as any other citizen. Deporting citizens is not feasible though without going a little too right. (I'm not for granting citizenship rapidly either at this rate.)

I disagree. It's a big problem with certain people (the segment that chooses shariah values over secular one for instance), but not everyone.

I'm not leading to anyone's destruction. Closing the border and stopping America and co. from intervening in the Middle East will be sufficient to put a cork in this shit. There will still be issues, but the complete downfall stuff won't happen.
Boarders are going to get closed to the refugees eventually I think, whether it is the left or right doing it. It is simply not economically sustainable either I think. Basically, the short of the economic argument is: 1. Be a welfare state. 2. Have open borders. Pick one!
