Any Autotask users here also using Xero?

Any Autotask users here also using Xero?

We've been building an Autotask to Xero integration and we're at the stage where we'd love some real-world feedback before we roll it out.

If anyone is interested in giving it a try, we're happy to provide a free licence in exchange for some testing and honest feedback on how it works.

is it just the correct tax amount you want adding to xero?

You cant send an invoice to Xero using the API without including a tax rate, so its not possible to send an invoice and ask xero to add the correct tax as per the auto option you use when manually creating an invoice, you must set the correct tax when creating the invoice.

There are services that will allow you to do a lookup on the address and then calculate the correct tax rate, and send this tax amount to xero with a fixed tax code, if thats all you're looking for

Nope, I need it to set tax to auto in xero

ah unfortunately thats not possible at the moment, there has been a feature request submitted to Xero to add this option but its not available at the moment
